Our Alimasy insulated lunch bag is designed to fit all the bestselling lunchboxes and has twice the insulation of a standard insulated lunch bag. We've added 2 layers of aluminium foil and 2 layers of foam insulation, so you can be reassured food will keep fresh and cool for longer.
A removable foil liner is provided for quick and easy cleaning and there's multiple carry options including a detachable long shoulder strap, buckle handle and top carry handle.

What Does Alimasy’s Lifetime Warranty Cover?
For your peace of mind, all Alimasy products come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship*.
The lifetime warranty only applies to the original owner of an Alimasy product which has been used under for the purpose intended in a responsible and normal manner.
The lifetime warranty does not cover products subjected to improper use, cosmetic changes, bought second hand or not purchased directly from Alimasy, or without proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage caused through typical wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect.
*Zippers: Yes, our Japanese YKK zippers are covered by our warranty for 2 years from purchase. Japanese YKK zippers are the most expensive and considered to be the most reliable zippers available. With normal use Japanese YKK zippers will consistently perform really well for years.
We do understand though that manufacturing defects can rarely occur with any component of a product including the best zippers in the world!
As such, zipper issues will only considered to be manufacturing defects for the first 2 years after purchase. After two years of purchase zipper issues are considered to be normal wear and tear. The reason for the distinction for zippers is that we have found that because of the nature of zippers and their prominent use on our products, any and all manufacturing defects on zippers will come to light very quickly after first use of the product, or within the first 2 years of use.

Shipping Information.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Gold Coast, Queensland.
Our shipping partner is Australian Post.
We ship orders everyday Monday to Friday (excluding Queensland Public Holidays) and our cut off for same day shipping is 11am.
Orders placed before 11am (AEST) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on a Friday after 11am (AEST) or over the weekend will be shipped on the first business day following the weekend.
Please consider in your planning any potential delays in us shipping orders and/or courier networks during busy shopping periods like Black Friday, Christmas and Back to School.

Express Shipping
Please note that when you select Express Shipping at the checkout this provides you with the Australia Post Express Post delivery service once your package has left Alimasy. Selecting Express Post does not shorten the despatch time for your order as all orders are strictly despatched in the order they are received.

We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan & Hong Kong using Australia Post's Air Tracked services:
New Zealand Standard Air Tracked Service (4 - 7 Business Days): $12.95 AUD (Free Shipping for Orders Over $200 AUD)
New Zealand Express Air Tracked Service (2-5 Business Days): $19.95 AUD
Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong Standard Air Tracked Service: $16.95 AUD
Please note any custom duties, taxes or charges due at time of import are the responsibility and payable by the customer. Any refunds for packages returned to Alimasy due to a customers failure to pay import charges will be reduced by the cost of return shipping incurred by Alimasy.

Our Returns Policy
We love our products – and we think you will too.
However, if you're not a fan, you can return your Alimasy product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).
Please note Change of Mind returns only applies to products which are unused and still in the same condition you received it in (including the original packaging and tags attached) and you are responsible for all costs incurred to ship a change of mind return.
We will process the refund once the product(s) has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our change of mind return conditions.
Ensure you pack your returns parcel appropriately to prevent any damage during transit. Alimasy Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products being returned for a change of mind refund.
Don't forget to include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel, so the warehouse knows who has sent the parcel!

Do You Allow Exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges as these can be tricky for customers and a business to manage especially during busy shopping periods, and we would hate you to miss out on your preferred option being out of stock. To complete an exchange, we advise you place a new order for the item you wish in exchange and return the change of mind item for a refund. Please note the cost of all change of mind returns are incurred by the customer.

Everyday Use Tips
- Pack Smart: Use reusable lunchboxes and containers to prevent spills. If something does leak, the removable foil liner makes cleanup a breeze.
- Temperature Control: For best insulation, use ice packs to keep your food fresh and cool.
- Gentle Handling: Avoid overloading your bag to maintain its shape and longevity. The sturdy construction will serve you well with reasonable care.
Cleaning Instructions
- Regular Wipe-Downs: After each use, rinse and wipe the interior and the removeable foil liner with a damp cloth and mild detergent. This helps to prevent odours and buildup.
- Deep Cleaning:
- Remove the Liner: Take out the foil liner.
- Hand Wash Only: Both the polyester exterior and the inner foil liner should be washed by hand. Use warm water, a gentle soap, and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh and abrasive chemicals that could damage the fabric and foil surfaces. Do not immerse in water as it can damage the inner foam insulation.
- Rinse Thoroughly: Make sure to rinse away all soap residues.
- Air Dry: Allow both the bag and the liner to air dry completely before reassembling. Do not use a dryer or place them in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause fading or damage.
Storing Your Bag
- Clean and Dry: Always store your lunch bag clean and dry to prevent mould and mildew.
- Loosely Packed: Store the bag loosely packed in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing it under heavy items to maintain its shape.
- Strap Storage: If you're not using the shoulder strap, remove it and store it separately to avoid unnecessary wear.

- Avoid the Washing Machine and Dishwasher: The agitation and high temperatures can damage the insulation and the materials.
- Strap Care: The long shoulder strap is removable for easy cleaning. Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry.
