Very happy with both bags, good quality, spacious and communication was spot on.
This lunch bag is so good! Really well made, with extra insulation inside. My daughter loves the pattern. We had a slight problem with the strap but true to their word, Alimasy replaced the strap no questions asked. Not many companies will back their products the way these do.
The bag is fantastic, material feels great and durable and colours are fantastic. The outside pockets are my favourite feature of the bag though, so very handy
This is a great bag for my nearly 5 year old. Whilst it is large the padded straps are great. Robust handle for parents to carry. 3 large pockets great for separating food clothing and books
I bought a bag for my son 2 years ago and even after a massive 3 month overseas trip, it still looks brand new. Now I’ve bought one for my daughter and it is just as brilliant. Vibrant, fun and hardy. Thank you for an excellent product. I am grateful that I won’t have to buy another bag for many years.
Love this bag, it is able to fit heaps of different items. Great for work if carrying a laptop etc as well as for when out and about at home.

This large bag fits everything and more for a school kid. Multiple pockets is helpful for muddy clothing. Strong reinforced handle for carrying is well thought out. Easy to clean and wash. Very happy.

I accidentally ordered the Alphabulous backpack. I returned it personally to the factory in exchange for the one I wanted. I love my backpack and found the exchange easy and friendly
it does not fit the size of my laptop. I ordered the medium size after I measured my laptop but it didn't fit. Then I sent that back and reordered the large and it still doesn't fit. My laptop is only 15"
